Sales Associate

Retail Manager (Store & Online)

 

JOB TITLE: Sales Associate

ROLE: Fulltime

LOCATION: 20 Limpopo street, Maitama, Abuja

START DATE: As soon as possible

POSITION: You will work continuously on improving the service quality in the store and ensure that in-store ambience is achieved in line with the corporate identity. In addition to that you will be covering E-commerce sales. The sales associate field is broad covering many different aspects from the more fashion-related areas to the more technical functions. We will match your individual competencies but will include comprehensive operation of E-commerce at Styletemple.ng

On the E-commerce arm your tasks and responsibilities could include:

  1. Selecting styles for the online shop
  2. Coordination of photos and product descriptions for the website
  3. Planning and designing online campaigns and newsletters
  4. Collaborating with the creative team regarding the use of social media and the customer club, planning, tracking and following up on historical data
  5. Online shop optimization
  6. Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of relevant KPIs
  7. SEO, SEM or web analytics
  8. Building reports and tools in Excel and Power BI

 

PROFILE

  • Educations at a minimum of bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressively Retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brand
  • Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a Brand Retailer
  • Communicate honestly, openly and constructively
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purpose
  • Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognizing and reacting to the changing trends
  • Have experience and/or education within the area of e-commerce
  • Have an analytic approach and a flair for numbers

Assistant Fashion Designer

 

JOB TITLE: Assistant Fashion Designer

ROLE: Fulltime

LOCATION: 20 Limpopo street, Maitama, Abuja

START DATE: As soon as possible

 

POSITION: The role will be primarily administrative, with creative elements to the job and opportunities to make this role your own. The successful candidate will work with the Creative Director and Senior Designer, providing a support role.

 

The ideal candidate will have;

  1. A strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as well as Microsoft Office programs
  2. Efficient and focused
  3. Organized with good time-management and prioritization skills
  4. Motivated and able to follow direction well
  5. Knowledge on measuring samples and submitting fitting notes
  6. Understanding of garment construction and manufacture
  7. Researching and developing new trend boards
  8. Reviewing trend boards in line with our brands and taking forward specific concepts to develop full collections across jersey, denim and outerwear
  9. Develop CAD drawings using adobe suite for showcasing new collections
  10. Support management with selecting fabrics for new developments
  11. Assisting with new sample development, fitting, approval
  12. Supporting photoshoots and styling if of interest
  13. Excellent hand-drawing skills
  14. A Degree in a design-related field, Fashion is preferable

Fashion Designer

 

JOB TITLE: Fashion Designer

ROLE: Fulltime

LOCATION: 20 Limpopo street, Maitama

START DATE: As soon as possible

POSITION: This a fantastic opportunity to join a successful fashion business in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Creating lines from concept to finished marketable product
  2. Must have a good eye for colour, texture and ability to visualize things in three dimensions with technical skills in areas of pattern cutting, grading and garment construction and most of all must enjoy trends in fashion and clothing
  3. Seasonal colour & concepts creation
  4. Design around 20 to 40 designs per week (depending on category)
  5. Product development and materials research
  6. Working closely with the creative director to ensure costs of products and commercial viability
  7. Making sketches by hand or Use computer-aided design programs (CAD) to create designs (added advantage)
  8. Select fabrics, embellishments, colours, or style for each garment or accessory
  9. Work with other designers or team members to create a prototype design monitoring (fittings, updates and approvals)
  10. Present design ideas to the creative director
  11. Developing patterns
  12. Analyzing trends in fabric, colours and shapes
  13. Oversee the final production of their designs
  14. Quality control

 

PROFILE

  • Educations at a minimum of bachelor degree
  • 2-5 years design experience.
  • Strong computer knowledge, including adobe illustrator.
  • Strong leadership skills required.
  • Strong ability to hand sketch.
  • Strong design and conceptual skills.
  • Strong sense of trends, style and colour.
  • Shape building skills required.
  • Thorough knowledge of raw materials/fabrics as well as, construction techniques.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of merchandising as it relates to sales and store environment.

Customer Service

JOB TITLE: Customer Service

ROLE: Full Time

LOCATION: 20 Limpopo street, Maitama

START DATE: As soon as possible

The purpose of the role is to manage customer enquiries and exceptions, empathise with our customers in a personalised manner to support and understand the obstacles/exceptions that can occur within the journey of a customer and help to reduce/remove any impact to the customer. You will work proactively with other departments within StyleTemple and with our carrier network to identify the obstacle, fixes and provide resolution. Where necessary you will contact our customers to help manage their expectations.

Although there are guidelines for Advisors to follow, we need people who can think like our customers and handle any tasks and resolve any problems or issues swiftly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with several customers on a daily basis across all contact channels, providing a high standard of service within set SLAs
  • Resolve customer complaints to prevent escalation and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Place orders on behalf of customers, communicating confidentially and passionately about the products
  • Provide regular feedback to our Customer Service Management team to highlight any customer feedback trends/issues
  • Keep up to date with our digital customer journey across all our websites
  • Work on tasks and customer service projects as and when required
  • To manage high level customer complaints with a personalised manner.
  • Handle enquires including staff order queries, VIP & Celebrity customers and financial transactions (Failed Refunds, Over Refunds, Manual Refunds, Recharges, PayPal and Gift Voucher processing)
  • To empathise with our customers and understand how important a resolution is and to ensure customer retention
  • To remain customer focussed always to provide the best service experience
  • To capture and trend spot live and current issues and feedback to relevant departments
  • Attend feedback meetings with internal departments
